Neophile Rising Stars Consulting LLC

About NRSC

Neophile Rising Stars Consulting (NRSC) is a professional consulting agency dedicated to the development of children and teenagers in the performing arts. We are committed to helping children who genuinely enjoy performing and are willing to explore the industry enter the fields of advertising, fashion, film, and television in a more professional, safer, and better-prepared way.

For families who are new to the industry, concerned about taking unnecessary detours, or lacking reliable resources, we provide personalized, hands-on support. Our services include assistance with work permits, Coogan accounts, professional résumés, photo and video preparation, audition training, practical audition guidance, and connections to talent agency resources.

NRSC is not a training organization centered around large-scale classes, nor do we encourage children to apply blindly for auditions. Instead, we take each child’s individual strengths, family circumstances, and long-term development goals into consideration. We help parents understand the realities of the commercial entertainment industry, prepare materials properly, identify suitable opportunities, and obtain professional support at key stages of the process.

We believe that every child has something unique that can shine. The value of professional consulting is not to “create a star,” but to help each child be seen by the right opportunities and to help families move forward with fewer detours, greater confidence, and steady progress on their journey in the performing arts.
